  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout.
  • We may request additional verification for high-value or bulk orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
  • Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds for boxed/contract items are only issued within 1 day of original purchase
    • All items must be unused, unopened with original packaging and tags
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • All outdoor items including: Kids Cars, Trampolines, Bouncy Castles, Swing & Slide sets
    • Opened or tampered products (seal must be intact)
    • International orders after delivery completion
  • Return Shipping Charges:
    • A flat fee of 150 AED applies for all return shipments
    • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return results from our error
  • Exchange Policy:
    • First exchange is free of charge (for eligible items)
    • Second exchange incurs 150 AED transportation fee
  • Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days
    • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Important: Toyzinn reserves the right to reject any return that doesn't comply with these policies. For defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) on Toyzinn is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Toyzinn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
